TAME THE MONKEY - Minds Came be tamed

Dear All,

How do we develop free will? How do we balance our own female/male energy? How do we discern the inherited script of limiting roles? One of the ways I’ve discovered in life is to ask questions – not to another person, but to Higher Energy. Most of the times the answer is realized in my own Heart energy, other times it comes from reading a book or chance conversation with others. However, I did not search for answers in the book or intellectual inquiry of brainstorming. What I’ve realized is that most answers are result of stopping this rat brain of ours from over working and listening to the heart.

I had to learn the difference between an intellectual question and an integration question. When we ask a question just for the sake of asking the question, and have no intention of doing anything with the answer, this is an intellectual question. It springs from our curiosity about something. An integration question is one in which the answer is received in right timing, and we are able to integrate the information we receive from the answer into our life. It can change the way we think, how we perceive the reality around us, how we act, and how we move through our daily schedule. It is a question whose answer moves through a complete experiential grounding process. It is information we need. It depends on our readiness.

Conscious free will is the dynamic that allows us complete freedom of choice in all that we do and how we develop within a soul-ray lifetime. In order to fully participate in the larger universal picture, we must learn to function responsibly, intelligently and ethically in ways that are consistent with the universal dynamics of that larger picture—and we must choose to do this consciously and freely. Our participation in the larger universal picture is so important that we simply cannot sidestep our growth and development in the area of conscious free will. It seems like everyone in the universe and all the intelligences in nature know this—except us.

To develop free will, first step is the realization that our choices today that seem to be of independent thinking are not the result of free will, but that of social conditioning. The simplest way to start an individuation process is to breath well. If you stop reading for a moment and fill your lungs to fullest, then retain the breath for a moment and then breath out fully; now what you read would be with different energy level. The process of respiration is re-spiriting. Hence with every breath we ‘inspire’ new spirit, and with every breath we ‘expire’ our old self.

As we become new or re create our own self, we are becoming part of new culture. Its like being paradigm pioneer- visiting new land, walking on path never traveled before. And one realizes that one is not alone. You are one of a growing number of people who want to see deep, integral change in the cultures that have evolved in industrialized nations. These optimistic, altruistic millions might be willing to speak more frankly in public settings and act more directly in shaping a new way of life for our time and the time ahead. They might lead the way toward an Integral Culture.
Are you one of them?
